Its Omnibus module covers up to 100 products, with fair use of up to 100 orders a month; Complimus confirmed to us that these limits apply only to Omnibus and that the other three modules are unlimited on every plan. Business costs $14.99/month on Shopify Basic and Grow and $29.99/month on Advanced, and adds unlimited products, daily price history for every variant, bulk compare-at fixes, email alerts when a price breaks a rule, and onboarding by the EU team. Plus at $99.99/month is for Shopify Plus stores, with the same features, a first reply within four hours and onboarding with your agency or developers. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
Business replaces the earlier Omnibus Autopilot plan, and the price on Shopify Advanced has dropped from $59.99 to $29.99/month.
Rating and reviews
Complimus has 5.0 from 71 Shopify reviews: 65 five-star, five four-star and one two-star. Merchants most often praise fast, technical support, including fixes to custom theme code and help with multi-market setups; one store reports more than three years of use. The four-star reviews, mostly from 2023, ask for more display and placement options and mention a slow admin at times, which the developer says it has since improved. The only two-star review, from June 2024, says that shortly after installation the app showed prices suggesting a lower price in the previous 30 days and needed manual refreshes; the developer replied that before any history exists, it uses the compare-at price as the prior price. Most feedback concerns the Omnibus module and support, so there is little merchant evidence yet on the GPSR, guarantee and withdrawal modules.
Pitfalls
Price history starts when you install the app. Until it has a full 30-day record, Complimus falls back to the compare-at price, so install it well before your next campaign and check the displayed prices on a few discounted products. Test variants, market-specific prices, automatic discounts, discount codes and the widget placement on your live theme; custom or older themes may need a code change, which support has handled for several reviewers.
If you already use another app for part of this, decide which one owns each rule.
