Packeta connects your Shopify store to the Packeta delivery network end to end. It saves you hours of manual work and improves the customer experience at the same time — fully tailored to Shopify, so you can export orders and print shipping labels right from the system. Every order automatically gets a tracking number, and if a customer forgets to choose a pickup point, we'll remind them by email.

I'm completely new to Shopify, and I was really worried about how I'd connect Zásilkovna with my online store. I was afraid it would be really complicated... In the end, though, it turned out the setup is genuinely simple and intuitive, and even when I wasn't sure how to handle a few things, Digismoothie's excellent technical support made it easy. They replied essentially instantly and helped me get everything fine-tuned for the Polish market, and so far everything's working as it should. If you're looking for an app with a human touch and top-notch service, this is it!

I'm very happy with the app. At the beginning I had one bug — the correct rate wasn't displaying — but support responded quickly and knew exactly where the problem was. There was also a smaller issue with incorrect export to Packeta, which was likewise resolved quickly. Communication was clear, to the point, and very helpful. Since then everything has worked as it should. I definitely recommend it!
