Arqam360 is a cookie consent app for Shopify with a clear focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). It combines Arabic and English banners, right-to-left layouts and tools intended to support regional privacy requirements. Its appeal is practical: a merchant serving Arabic-speaking customers can manage consent without adapting an English-first banner. Paid plans extend this into cookie scanning, privacy requests and marketing data integrations.
Key features
- Arabic and English consent banners with native right-to-left layout, language detection and customizable positioning.
- A regional cookie catalog covering services such as Tabby, Tamara, Mada and STC Pay, plus an automatically generated cookie declaration.
- Google Consent Mode v2, Global Privacy Control (GPC) support, consent logs and exports. Script blocking is configurable separately.
- Pro adds up to 25 cookie scans a day, a data subject access request (DSAR) portal with automated retrieval, custom branding and policy generation.
- Paid tools include server-side events and routing. Shopify lists Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok, Snap and LinkedIn integrations; Managed adds audiences and a white-label dashboard.
Pricing and trial information
The Shopify listing offers Free for one domain and 10,000 pageviews a month. The developer says its branding remains visible on the free banner. Pro costs $29.99/month or $299/year, with 100,000 monthly pageviews and three domains. Managed costs $99.99/month or $999/year, with 500,000 monthly pageviews, five domains, unlimited scans and assisted setup. Both paid plans have a 14-day trial. Prices are USD.
The developer's website prices its direct Managed service at $299 for installation plus $99.99/month per domain. It also says app-store customers pay the price shown by their platform. These are different public offers, so confirm which setup fees and domain allowance apply to your Shopify installation, along with what happens when you exceed the pageview limit.
Rating and reviews
On October 8, 2026, the Shopify reviews page showed no reviews. Its displayed 0.0 means it is unrated, rather than evidence of dissatisfied merchants. There is no public review pattern from which to assess support, tracking reliability or long-term use. The app launched on May 7, 2026.
Pitfalls
Installation alone does not activate the banner. The Shopify setup guide requires enabling the app embed on the published theme and repeating this after a theme change. It also says Meta Pixel and other tags that do not read Consent Mode require script blocking to be switched on. Test consent granted, rejected and changed later, including your storefront and checkout.
The blocking guide warns that incorrect configuration can break site functionality. Regional presets and generated policies are tools to configure and review, not proof that your store meets every legal obligation or that ad reporting will improve.
Shopify lists access to customer data, the last 60 days of orders, theme information and device data. The privacy policy says consent records and privacy requests can remain while the merchant account exists, and processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia or the EEA. The setup guide says uninstalling retains records and configuration. Confirm hosting and deletion arrangements before connecting customer data. This review is based on published sources, without our own hands-on installation.
Conclusion
I would shortlist Arqam360 for a store where Arabic consent and MENA-specific services matter. Start with Free to verify the banner, logs and tracking behavior; Pro is the more relevant upgrade for scanning and privacy requests. Managed needs a clear Shopify-specific quote. For a comparison, our Consentmo review covers another Shopify consent option. Arqam360's regional focus is useful, but the absence of merchant feedback makes a careful pilot important.
