Conzia lets you manage communication with customers via a live chat, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, all in one place. 

You can integrate a live chat widget in a few clicks, customize its appearance, and even brand it with your logo. It supports sending attachments and conversation history so that it’s easy for chat agents to follow up with customers. Plus, you can enable sound notifications to attract attention to your chatting updates. Conzia also has mobile apps for you to manage customer conversations.

As for additional integrations, Conzia lets you connect Facebook Messenger in a way that doesn’t transfer visitors to Facebook—everything stays on your store, ensuring a smooth user experience and higher chances of conversions. 

The Conzia app includes a totally free plan with all the functionality (except the apps): it’s available to stores with up to 100 monthly visitors and allows for 2 chat agents. If you have more, you’ll pay $19.99 (up to 10,000 visitors) or $39.99 (for an unlimited number of visitors). With paid plans, you also have access to more chat agents (3 or an unlimited number) and more widgets (2 and 3), as well as live customer view and a dedicated account manager.
