The Payster app primarily serves to automatically send emails to customers who have not yet completed payment by bank transfer. This lets you remind them of the payment details and dramatically reduce the number of unpaid orders. In addition to this core functionality, we recently expanded the app to include generating QR codes for payments in CZK.
However, many users needed the ability to generate QR codes for EUR payments as well (e.g., for the German and other EU markets), and that’s now possible too. Simply add the bank name, IBAN, and SWIFT code in the app settings, and then add the Payster block to the Thank You page and the Order Status page.
If you use Shopify Markets, the app will display the correct QR code (i.e., CZK or EUR) based on the order currency.
We plan to continue developing the app according to user requests on the feedback board. The next feature will likely be the ability to distinguish between cash-on-delivery orders and bank transfer payments so reminders can be sent only for bank transfer orders.
