What is

Payment Pending

Payment Pending refers to a transaction in which a customer has placed an order but has not yet completed the payment process. This could be due to various reasons such as insufficient funds, a declined payment method, or pending verification from the payment gateway. In e-commerce, when an order is marked as Payment Pending, it means that the seller has not yet received the payment and the order will not be processed until the payment is completed. The customer is typically required to log back into their account and complete the payment process in order for the order to be fulfilled. In marketing, Payment Pending can also refer to a situation where a customer has expressed interest in a product or service but has not yet made a payment or commitment to purchase. Marketers may follow up with such leads to encourage them to complete the purchase and convert them into paying customers.
