Consistent prices during the price tests
The first level of integration is the price testing. When you are running a price test on your store, the prices are now consistent throughout the customer journey, including Candy Rack offers.
Previously, customers may have seen a different price on the product page and Candy Rack pop-up, for example.
A/B testing offers
The second level of integration allows merchants to run A/B tests of Candy Rack offers. The typical tests are things like:
- Different discount levels on the upsells/cross-sells
- Different products in the offers
- Upsell offers turned on vs. turned off, so you can see the real incremental value
