Stockbot

Stockbot is a Shopify app that helps merchants keep track of their inventory and restock products on time. Besides low-stock alerts, the app offers product forecasts. The free plan is available for storewide notifications if you have less than 200 products.

See on App Store

Stockbot allows you to set low-stock alerts for your Shopify store. It’s simple: you choose what products you want to track, specify the threshold, and indicate how often you’d like to receive email notifications (weekly, daily, or hourly). The app will do the rest.

You can receive low-stock alerts on individual products and their variants, for all products in chosen collections, or storewide. Each email includes a CSV file you can download. Plus, there’s no limits on email recipients—you can send low-stock reports to multiple members of your company.

Besides low-stock alerts, the Stockbot app offers forecasting functionality. It analyzes customer purchases to predict what products will soon run out of stock and what products are getting sold too slowly.

The app offers a free plan for stores with up to 200 products. You can set only storewide alerts and receive emails daily or weekly. The paid options are Basic ($9 per month) and Pro ($25 per month): they work with up to 10,000 products and include different types of alerts. The Pro plan also offers hourly emails and collection alerts.

If you’re interested in the app’s forecasting capabilities, you’ll need to purchase a separate plan for this, which costs $50 per month.
