It creates easy-to-understand graphs with your major order information in a given period. You can analyze the dynamics of sales, your gross margins, average order value, and other valuable e-commerce metrics.
Nostradamus features the Customers dashboard that gives you an overview of your customer base. Plus, the app draws your attention to the group of new customers and the group of your most loyal customers (Superstars). The latter is further subdivided into 5 categories, which you can use to tailor laser-specific campaigns and offers.
Besides customer segmentation insights, the Nostradamus app lets you analyze your sales by product and improve inventory management with the data on how long different products are kept in stock.
The free version of Nostradamus includes a basic store health check and a benchmark dashboard. For full functionality including customer segments, you’ll need a paid subscription. They differ in the number of orders: Started ($39/month) allows for up to 200 orders per year, Growth ($99/month) allows for up to 2,000 orders, and Professional ($299/month) is suitable for stores with 20,000 orders.
