I am excited to share two new updates in our flagship app, Candy Rack. If you're not familiar with Candy Rack, it's our ultimate solution for upselling and cross-selling on any Shopify store.
The main advantage is that it covers the entire purchase funnel, allowing you to create offers on product pages, cart pages, checkout pages, and post-purchase.
Redesigned analytics
The new analytics section provides you with better insights into your offer's performance.

Some of the popular use cases include:
- Watch the incremental sales brought to you by Candy Rack offers.
- Monitor the performance of the specific offer and compare it with a selected timeframe.
- To be released: See the performance of the chosen placement (i.e., product page pop-up).
- To be released: See the store AOV with and without Candy Rack offers.
- To be released: View the performance of the offered products across all offers.
Custom badges
You can now add a custom badge to highlight your best offers. This is great for bringing more customer's attention to your best-performing offers.

It works great, especially on the embedded product page offers, which can often be overlooked. With a custom badge, your customer will be more likely to check the offer and still have a great store experience.
Each badge can have a different text (translations are supported) and color. You can also display the discount amount using the dynamic placeholder.
We recommend adding one badge to each of your offer placements. Adding a badge to every single line item offer can be distracting.

To start adding your own custom badges, go to the offer, scroll down to the "Upsell type" section, click the three dots next to the upsell product, and select "Add badge."
