At the beginning of 2025, Shopify announced changes in their agency partner program called Shopify Partner Program – Service Track.
And we are super honored to be recognized as the Shopify Plus Partner. There are several benefits for us and our clients, but the biggest one is probably direct support from the Shopify team. It means we can help our clients with specific needs faster and more effectively.
The partner tiers/levels explained
Agency partners are divided into 5 tiers based on their skills, number of leads, and referral revenue brought to Shopify. The tiers are as follows:
- Registered Partner – Basically, every partner who registers to the program from the start automatically achieves this tier.
- Select Partner – Partners who service small and medium businesses. Eligibility to be featured in the Partners Directory. There are 505 Select Partners worldwide.
- Plus Partner – Partners who service medium to large companies. Eligibility to dedicated support from the Shopify side and additional resources. There are 451 Plus Partners worldwide.
- Premier Partner – Exclusive tier for high-performing partners, giving them premium support and strategic collaboration with Shopify. There are only 42 Premier Partners worldwide.
- Platinum Partner – The top tier for global enterprise partners, which includes personalized support and industry recognition. There are only 14 Platinum Partners worldwide.

But we always strive for the best, so our goal is to become a Premier Partner. There are only 42 Premier Partners worldwide, 15 of which are in Europe.
