At Digismoothie Agency, we build perfectly tuned online stores on Shopify, and we aspire to become an integral part of the Polish e-commerce market. Our team consists of 40+ Shopify experts, and we are looking for a partner and colleague who is passionate about e-commerce and has experience in the agency business. Together, we aim to build a significant agency presence in Poland as well.

We started as Shopify app developers and gradually expanded into agency services and our own e-commerce projects. Currently, our solutions are used by over 15,000 partners worldwide, and we are an official Shopify Plus partner. Our team prides itself on professionalism, innovation, and transparency.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in e-commerce: You have deep knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the latest online trends.
• Proven in agency business: You not only understand at least the basics of agency operations but also have experience in building client relationships, project management, and business development.
• Entrepreneurial and business spirit: You are proactive, see opportunities where others don't, and are results-oriented. You can identify client needs and provide them with real solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills: You can persuade, inspire, and build long-term relationships with partners and clients. You have a respectable demeanor based on fairness and openness.
• Independent and responsible: You are capable of taking full responsibility for the development of the Polish branch and leading it to success with our help and full support.
• Experience in leadership: You have leadership experience in guiding and developing small teams.

What you’ll focus on

In this role, we’ll be building Digismoothie’s presence in Poland together. You’ll play a key part in shaping our local operations, adapting our services to the market, and forming strong relationships – both with clients and your future team. You’ll have our full support, but also the freedom to influence how things are done.

• Cooperation as a self-employed person (Contractor): If you prefer flexibility and independence, we offer the possibility of long-term cooperation as an external consultant or project manager.
• Partnership and company share: This is our preferred option for the most ambitious individuals. We want to establish a separate Polish entity of Digismoothie Agency, in which you would acquire a share. This is not just employment, but a partnership where you will have a direct influence on the direction and growth of the branch and share in its profits. You will effectively become a "co-founder" in the Polish market.
• We can offer comprehensive business support, a well-developed brand, refined company processes, automation within project workflows, complete agency background, full legal support, and a development team for starting the first projects.

Our recruitment process

• Pre-screening: Initial video call with our Senior IT Recruiter.
• Meet the team: Interview with Tomáš Pěnka, our General Manager for the Czech market.
• Assignment: A paid task to see how we collaborate in practice.
• Final round: Joint session with the founders of Digismoothie.
