Rebuilding the store from scratch
The project was unusual: part of the store already ran on Shopify. After a technical audit, we recommended closing the setup and rebuilding from scratch, mainly because stable K2 integration required it. After issues with the previous build, the client expected high delivery quality, integration stability, and full feature coverage.
