The platform integrates seamlessly with product pages and carts using drag-and-drop blocks, which means no coding is required to set up subscription options. However, it also offers APIs, webhooks, and tag workflows for more advanced capabilities, which require some technical expertise to set up. 

PayWhirl supports a variety of payment methods. On top of that, it offers additional features like discounts on subscriptions, subscription cancellation flows, and automatic payment retries. Plus, it helps you communicate effectively with your customers with over 10 customizable notification templates

The PayWhirl app also provides you with powerful subscription analytics, churn statistics, and data exports so that you can understand and optimize your business. Additionally, PayWhirl offers free migrations from other subscription services. It features convenient timelines which visualize the changes made by customers so that you can easily track them. 

You can use the app for free if you’re just starting to sell subscriptions. In this case, you’ll pay a 3% fee on each transaction that involves a subscription item. Plus, you’ll have limited functionality (at the moment, all features are available for free, but the app’s developers plan to add more exclusive ones only to paid plans).

Above that, PayWhirl offers three pricing plans: Pro ($9 / month plus 2% transaction fees), Plus ($49 / month plus 1% transaction fees), and Ultimate ($249 / month plus 0.5% transaction fees), each designed to cater to businesses of different sizes. Respectively, they are suitable for businesses processing up to $1,500, $5,000, and $10,000 per month. You can test any plan during a 14-day free trial.
