We’re a bunch of like-minded people who love e-commerce and Shopify. We are a Shopify Plus Partner agency, and we also build apps trusted by 17,000+ merchants.

We are 100% bootstrapped, meaning we answer only to our clients and our common sense. We’ve built a European Shopify powerhouse based in Prague, and now we are looking for a leader to establish and scale our presence in North America.

This is not a "9-to-5" job. This is a founding-style role for a Sales Hunter with Entrepreneurial Ambition.

In Year 1, you will spearhead our US expansion, acting as a hands-on builder. You will focus heavily on sourcing high-value Shopify leads and building a network of strategic partnerships. As the US portfolio grows, your focus will transition toward operational leadership – scaling the US entity, and hiring and leading your own local team.

Who we are looking for

  • Sales Hunter: You have a proven track record in e-commerce sales and a network that respects your name.
  • Leader: You have experience managing people and know how to build a high-performing culture.
  • Networker: You are a natural at building relationships and closing deals through partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't just want a job; you want to build a company. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the grit to build from the ground up.
  • Shopify Expert: You have deep experience with the Shopify platform. Ideally, you’ve worked at Shopify or a top-tier Shopify agency.

Requirements

  • Drive Revenue: Proactively identify and close new business opportunities for Shopify development projects (new builds and migrations).
  • Build the Ecosystem: Create and nurture strategic partnerships with other agencies, tech partners, and influencers in the US e-commerce space.
  • Brand Ambassador: Increase brand awareness of Digismoothie in the US. You are the "face" of our brand across the ocean.
  • Strategic Consulting: Assist clients as a local expert during the sales process and provide high-level US-based business consultations.
  • Future Leadership: Transition from an individual contributor to the Manager of our upcoming US entity, eventually hiring and leading a local team.
