E-commerce Project Manager en Digismoothie

Who we are looking for

We are searching for a Project Manager with an e-commerce mindset—someone who thrives on organization, hands-on problem-solving, and client communication while also possessing a fundamental understanding of online business and its operations.This role is perfect for someone eager to work on diverse tasks - from coordinating the project to working on some non-dev project parts. You will coordinate projects and assist clients with e-commerce needs, ensuring smooth execution and impactful digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management

To be in charge of executing the whole cycle of the project:

Discovery – working on debriefing, cost estimation, technical specifications, and timeline.
Execution – resolve blockers for the development team, communicate with clients, and ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Testing – test the deliverables and ensure the project meets the agreed scope. Assist to a QA and coordinate E2E testing.
Handover– handing over the delivered project and processing of a client's feedback from UAT..
Evaluation – gather the team's/client's feedback and prepare assets for case studies.
Daily coordination of assigned projects.
Support internal initiatives and improvements.

E-commerce Specialization

Build and customize Shopify stores using core Shopify and 3rd party apps.
Analyze client needs and recommend new functions and improvements.
Work with core Shopify or 3rd party apps to introduce new functions.
Define the data structure for new features/new projects and assist with or work on the data import.

What we expect from you

Project Management Skills - You’re structured, proactive, and make things happen. It is natural for you to drive tasks forward without reminders and oversee their progress independently.
Client Communication - You’re comfortable explaining solutions, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
Problem-Solving Mindset - You foresee challenges and propose solutions before they arise. If a problem still happens, you are the first to address it immediately.
Good proficiency in English & Czech - Proactive, capable of open discussion, can present and defend your solution, as well as accept constructive feedback.
E-commerce Savvy - Prior experience with all aspects of e-commerce projects (Discovery, Data migration, UX/Design, SEO, Dev, QA, UAT) is a must. A Shopify background is a huge plus.
