Who are we looking for

We're expanding our Agency delivery team and looking for Senior Shopify Developer based in LATAM. You'll join a team of 5 in-house developers and several external collaborators, all deeply experienced in Shopify. The reason we're hiring in LATAM is to strengthen our overlap with US clients while keeping the agency truly global.Your work will focus on real Shopify development — Liquid based storefronts, Checkout Extensions and custom features on Shopify Plus stores. No React-heavy frontend builds, no headless. Just deep, well-crafted Shopify work.

Requirements

• Strong Shopify development experience is a must. You should be able to walk us through complex projects you've shipped — Flow, B2B, multi-store / expansion stores, Shopify Functions, and common Plus patterns for large merchants.
• Deep understanding of Shopify’s data model and APIs, including GraphQL.
• Senior-level Liquid and modern theme development — strong JS/HTML/CSS, Figma design coding, debugging, and performance/UX optimization.
• Checkout UI Extensions, Shopify Functions and Custom Apps.
• Professional engineering practices — Git, CI/CD, testing, code review, Shopify tooling.
• Strong self-discipline, attention to detail and ownership, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks and manage priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable and responsible in using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and ownership of the final output.
• Nice to have: Backend engineering skills — Python preferred, hands-on experience building Shopify integrations (ERP, PIM, WMS, custom APIs) and maintaining these systems — you’ve shipped real integrations, and you understand patterns like webhooks, queues, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation across systems.

What you'll be working on

• Building and customizing complex Shopify stores for mid-market and enterprise merchants — including migrations from legacy platforms such as Magento, SAP Commerce and custom systems, as well as new builds from scratch — while implementing B2B, multi-store and international setups and integrating Shopify with ERP and back-office systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Checkout Extensions and Shopify Functions for Plus merchants to address complex discounting, validation, and delivery/shipping logic in high-traffic environments.
